God did it!

Dear Friends,

Last Sunday, we were singing a song new to us, and the words of the chorus say, “Hallelujah,
glory be to God Most High.” That kind of summarizes the last two weeks. Through the generosity
of fellow believers in the body of Christ, God has supplied our needs and we have been
cleared to go. All the praise goes to God.

We know many of you have been praying for us, so how has God answered your prayers?

• He has provided the remaining amount of our monthly ministry budget.
• Steve has been able to complete the two essential projects on the house.
• Steve had a good final visit with his dad.
• Steve has his dad’s financial situation in a place where he feels comfortable handing it
over to his brother.

How can you pray?

• First, thank God for His provision.
• Pray that in the midst of all the busyness, we will not neglect time in the Word and in
prayer.
• Steve flies out Wednesday (the 11th) and arrives on Friday. Pray that flights and connections
go well.
• Steve has four days to prep for school. Pray for clear thinking, peace of mind, and good
initial relationships with students and staff.
• Sharon flies out at the end of July, so she can wrap up some things at home. Pray that
she can accomplish those things and is able to spend quality time with her mom before
leaving.
